His presence enriches our team with an international perspective and a deep understanding of the African market, built over more than 20 years of experience in aviation, aircraft acquisition and sales, oil and gas logistics, public affairs, and international charter operations across both public and private sectors.

Nuhu Adam is a recognized expert in stakeholder engagement, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) negotiations, and high-level institutional strategy.

He has held key positions in prominent organizations such as Intel Nigeria Ltd, Virgin Nigeria Airways, and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), where he led World Bank-funded regional projects across West and Central Africa.

He also served as Senior Partner at Travelinn Ltd (Leisure & Travel Management), where he coordinated business jet maintenance programs, multimodal logistics, operational safety, and relations with government authorities.

In his role with the Pan-African Parliament (PAP), he worked with supranational entities and governments to establish the Nigerian regional office and plan high-level diplomatic events.

In 2024, he was officially honored at the Nigeria-Italy Investment Summit for his strategic contributions to strengthening economic relations between Africa and Europe.

In 2025, Nuhu Adam formally joined the operations of Superba Consulting.

Following decades of collaboration with Superba Consulting’s founder, Gianni Riccardi, in the field of business aviation applied to oil and gas logistics — including aircraft acquisition and sales, aircraft management, international charter services, VIP and offshore helicopter transportation — Nuhu Adam now serves as our strategic advisor for aviation operations and management in Africa.

This partnership is rooted in extensive shared experience in one of the most demanding and complex sectors: Oil & Gas. 

Together, we have consistently demonstrated reliability and operational efficiency, even in the most challenging environments.

Over the years, this collaboration has contributed to the development of key strategic projects in Africa’s leading energy hubs, particularly in Nigeria, Angola, and Mozambique. In the latter, our joint efforts helped facilitate the development of one of the continent’s most significant offshore gas fields near Pemba, by supporting logistics and infrastructure planning.
