RICCARDI GIANNI

Gianni is a highly skilled aviation professional with extensive experience in various roles, environments, and organizations within the aviation industry. His expertise covers general aviation, commercial aviation, and government aviation operations, as well as personnel training and maintenance tasks. 

He possesses exceptional intercultural and mediation skills developed through decades of diplomatic experience and involvement in acquisition and sales contracts.

He is capable of assisting aviation and nautical clients before, during, and after their asset purchases. He pays attention to detail in selection, management, and safety. He can advise and accompany clients in their purchase decisions, taking into account their needs, level of experience, and budget. 

Additionally, he has excellent sales and networking skills and is able to build relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and other stakeholders in the aviation and nautical sectors. He is an effective communicator, motivator, and project manager, able to create and execute project plans, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

With a background in the Italian Air Force, training, and general and commercial aviation, Gianni has held numerous challenging roles in military organizations, business aviation, and military and civilian flight schools. He has published operational manuals, training manuals, study programs, and has managed aviation training at all levels. As a former pilot in the Italian Air Force, he has served as a Flight Instructor, Examiner, and Standardization Officer, including in a NATO environment in the United States, with various command roles. He has flown as a Commander for the Italian Government, the Vatican City, and in medical evacuation flights worldwide.

In his roles in civil aviation, Gianni has held positions such as Business Aviation Manager, Aviation Consultant, Personal Assistant and Personal Pilot, Lead Captain, Head of Training, Chief Flight Instructor, and Type Rating Instructor. He has managed relationships with national authorities such as EASA and FAA, handling acquisition and sales, leasing, maintenance, registration, and interior outfitting of various aircraft types. 

He has piloted a variety of aircraft, including Airbus 319CJ, Bombardier Global 6000, Gulfstream 550, Falcon 2000, Falcon 50/900, MB339A/CD and other high-speed military aircraft. He holds EASA ATPL, FAA ATP, HT, CFI, TRI, FI and IRI licenses, as well as a flight safety training certificate and an unlimited sailing and motorboat license. His knowledge is complete to cover also propeller aircraft in addition to the jet types, such as Pilatus, TBM, Cirrus, Piper, Cessna and Diamond, both normal and turbo prop.
